Flint was appointed to deliver the complete fit-out of Swissport’s new cargo handling facility at Manchester Airport’s World Freight Terminal.

The scope included operational offices, client-facing meeting rooms, breakout areas, welfare facilities, and warehouse support spaces. Delivered in partnership with the base build contractor, the project required careful coordination to meet strict timelines within a live airport environment.

This 100,000 sq ft facility was completed in 15 weeks, providing Swissport with a high-quality, efficient workspace designed to support its cargo operations at one of the UK’s busiest freight terminals.
