The client’s previous tenant had vacated the premises, leaving behind racking, fixtures, and remaining stock, hindering re-letting potential.
The warehouse was stripped back to its original shell, with all fixtures removed and the concrete floor professionally cleaned and resealed. On the first floor, office spaces were reinstated to a bright, neutral finish, ready for immediate occupancy.
