Dilapidations & Refurbishment

13,38sq ft
Flint Office Group was appointed by Austrian furniture manufacturer Bene to manage the end-of-lease dilapidation and handback of their 13,385 sq ft warehouse in Barking. The programme included full internal and external refurbishment to return the space to a landlord-compliant condition.
Works included the strip-out of ground floor offices, full internal redecoration, and installation of new carpets. Roof lights and damaged cladding were replaced, with weathered panels cleaned and treated. New suspended ceilings were fitted in office areas, shutter doors were repaired, and a durable resin floor was installed across the warehouse.
Delivered on time and in line with all lease obligations, the project ensured a smooth, efficient handback.
Flint Office Group delivered end-of-lease dilapidation works for Bene’s 13,385 sq ft warehouse in Barking, including refurbishment, roofing, flooring, and office reinstatement for landlord handback.
