Flint was appointed by Oshkosh to design and build their new industrial premises in Slough, having outgrown their previous site in Feltham.

The scope of the project included an open-plan office with a modern, welcoming feel, boardroom and meeting rooms, as well as a shared kitchen and breakout area for both office and warehouse staff. The first floor incorporated directors’ offices, a boardroom and a bright open workspace with living planters to enhance the environment.

The warehouse was modified to include an additional, wider entrance to accommodate heavy aviation vehicles for servicing and maintenance.
The project was delivered on time and to budget.
