Warehouse Refurbishment
4-8 Weeks
1,487 – 15,991 sqft
Flint Office Group was appointed by Just Eat to deliver warehouse refurbishments across multiple UK cities for its Scoober delivery operation. The programme included sites in London, Brighton, Manchester, Birmingham, and Liverpool, ranging from 1,487 sq ft in West London (W14) to 15,991 sq ft in Kennington (SE5).
Each warehouse was refurbished in 4 to 8 weeks, aligned with Scoober’s operational needs and courier welfare standards. Key works included electrical infrastructure upgrades for electric scooter and bicycle charging, toilet and welfare area refurbishments, and full decorative improvements.
The result was a network of high-functioning, courier-friendly warehouse hubs that reflect Just Eat’s commitment to service quality and improved working conditions.
