Flint delivered a full restaurant fit out in Wembley at Grand Union, transforming a shell and core unit into a fully operational hospitality venue. Appointed on a turnkey basis, we managed this restaurant fit out in London from site establishment through to final commissioning, coordinating architectural works, mechanical and electrical services, and statutory compliance.

The commercial restaurant fit out included internal partitions, floor finishes, suspended ceilings, bespoke joinery and detailed front of house interiors. A comprehensive M&E installation was delivered, incorporating fire alarms, ventilation, lighting, small power and data systems. We also completed a fully compliant commercial kitchen installation, including stainless steel fabrication, extraction systems and full service connections.
