Wendy Wu were previously located in offices at the foot of London Bridge for some years. They wanted to own their own office so bought in Newhams Yard Bermondsey in a mixed resi, commercial and retail development.

Flint received it in shell and core condition. They introduced brand new HVAC, lighting system, flooring and a staircase alteration leading to the lower ground space with toilets, board room, open plan tea point and informal meeting area for client functions and town hall use.

Including a client welcome area, open plan desking, and meeting room along with separate meeting booth on the ground floor.
