Man Group Restack Project
Flint was commissioned by Man Group for the Re-Stack project at Riverbank House, tasked with enhancing workspace efficiency within their open-plan areas.
The scope of the project included the addition of 10 new cellular offices, expanded breakout areas, tea points, and informal meeting spaces to support a productive and positive work environment for staff.
This 16-week project was efficiently completed in a fully operational environment.
Enhancing the workplace experience
To improve the recreational feel of the space, notable additions were made, including a games room, a recording studio, and an innovation room. This gave a dedicated space for client and partner interactions and an enhanced employee experience encouraging community and culture within the business.
