When Man Group sought to enhance their headquarters at Riverbank House, they partnered with us to transform key areas that would benefit both their staff and tenants on the sublet floors.
Flint Office Group were tasked with designing a premium business lounge, a wellness suite, and a complete overhaul of the cafeteria, café, and bar area. Additionally, we introduced an agile and collaborative workspace, featuring a Benugo-operated café.
Enhancing the workplace experience
Once the design was agreed upon, a 30-week build programme followed, leading to the grand opening of these three newly revitalised spaces.
