Delivered in two phases, the project was designed to achieve high environmental standards under the SKA Rating scheme, ensuring energy efficiency, responsible material sourcing, and a reduced carbon footprint.
Flint Office Group collaborated with Alphachello to create a modern, sustainable workspace tailored to Just Eat’s operational needs. The fit-out features open-plan workspaces for collaboration, dedicated meeting rooms, and breakout areas designed to enhance employee well-being.

Flint Office Group delivered a modern Cat B office fit-out for Just Eat, focusing on sustainable materials and energy-efficient solutions which were integrated throughout, aligning with Just Eat’s green office strategy.
