Intercom’s new workspace at The Bower Building involved a high specification office fit out in London across Levels 8 and 9. Flint was appointed to deliver a full turnkey commercial fit out, creating a refined and contemporary environment aligned with both the building’s status and the client’s brand.

Delivered over a four week programme, with four weeks allocated per floor, the commercial office refurbishment included bespoke joinery, premium flooring, tailored wall treatments and fully integrated tea points. Feature elements such as a custom wall mounted rug installation and luxury fabric curtains establish a strong reception presence, while high quality carpets and voile treatments enhance comfort and acoustic performance throughout the office and meeting spaces.
