For leading financial software provider Corfinancial, Flint Office Group handled the office dilapidations process for their City-based office at Cornhill.
We returned the space to Cat A condition as per lease requirements, removing all partitions, tea points, and glass elements, cleaning the raised access floor, and restoring M&E to a full Cat A specification.
This dilapidations project prepared the office for new tenants while meeting all lease obligations.
