39 Tabernacle Street – 2nd Floor Fit Out
Following a long-term tenancy by Telefónica, the second floor of 39 Tabernacle Street required a full strip-out and return to Cat A standard. Flint was appointed by the landlord to deliver a high-quality, modern refurbishment suitable for re-letting as a plug-and-play office.

The 5,430 sq ft space in London’s tech district was fully modernised over a 10-week programme. Works included key mechanical and electrical upgrades, new WC provision, and the installation of end-of-trip amenities such as a wet room and shower.

The result is a bright, functional, and adaptable workspace designed to meet the needs of today’s tenants while respecting the building’s existing infrastructure.

Enhancing the workplace experience

The design introduced two bespoke acoustic booths, a reimagined boardroom with custom lighting and ceiling treatments, and a redesigned T-point with a long quartz island and inclusive DDA-compliant features. A curated furniture package completed the scheme, supporting flexible working with a mix of breakout areas and collaborative spaces.
